Important: -

For all our orders we use Royal Mail and send your item direct from Pipkin and Bella HQ in Scotland UK.

Should you have an attempted delivery, and you do not collect the item within the timeframe advised, your item will be returned to us.  We will cancel the order, deduct any postage charges, and refund the remaining value back to your payment source.

If the order is placed directly on the website please double check that the correct details have been entered before submitting the order. Please note that if you enter the incorrect address in error and the order is sent to that address and subsequently not received by you, a refund will not be provided. Alternatively if the order is returned to us, due to an incorrect address, we will refund the cost of the item less any return charges levied on us by the couriers.
