  • Standard Tracked delivery is estimated at 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.

  • Standard shipping costs £4.00.

  • Free delivery on orders over £50 (excludes sale items, end of line products, bundle offers, discount codes and wholesale orders).

  • We will choose the most appropriate delivery service based on the size and value of your order. Higher value parcels may be upgraded to a signed-for service at no additional cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We do not currently ship internationally.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are dispatched directly from Pipkin & Bella HQ in Scotland, UK.

Please check that your delivery details are correct before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible if an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is successfully delivered to that address.

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, we will refund the appropriate value of the order once it has been received back, less any return-to-sender charges applied by the carrier.

If delivery is attempted and your parcel is not collected within the timeframe advised by the carrier, or delivery is refused, the parcel will be returned to us. Once received back, we will cancel the order and issue the appropriate refund, less any return-to-sender charges incurred.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and, occasionally, delays can occur within the carrier's network. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the delivery with the carrier.
